The place was fairly clean with a very pleasant and incredibly nice stuff at your service at all times. The room we booked was huge and modern with closet space, an extra touch, a lovely bathroom as advertised.

The rooms - beautiful, exceptional with comfortable lounge area within the same space, the mountain view, as for instance.

I enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were very very nice. I had an elegant and absolutely gorgeous room with plenty of closet space, an extra touch of attention plus sunken bath tub and everything was excellent. The location was amazing, not too far away from Huguenot Monument.

Some people working there were not so friendly.

Central location in a good location at the head of the Franschhoek valley, enjoyable breakfast. Large and well-designed room with a view over the lake.

The place was gorgeous and had outstandingly accommodating and incredibly welcoming staff at your service at all times, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This hotel was located in a central area very close to shops and restaurants, the restaurant and reception, and such an establishment. Ate at La Petite Colombe, it's at a walking distance from the venue. Highly recommended for celebrating anniversary.

The hotel was in a central setting to a fountain that was spraying water onto a wall keeping us awake all night. Moreover, it's just next door to the mountains and the Franshoek valley, South Africa and the restaurant. They upgraded us to a stunning and exceptional room with an excellent view of the mountain. We liked an incredible decor.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and in a central location. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Quartier Francais that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

I recently went on a relaxing getaway and stayed at this luxurious hotel with an amazing view. The staff was super friendly and attentive, even bringing champagne to my room during my anniversary dinner and doing a romantic turn down for us. The room was impeccable with high-quality amenities including a kitchen, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The hotel also provides various leisure facilities like a swimming pool, spa and wellness centre, and even make-up services. The location is perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking and horseback riding, and the 24-hour reception lets you check-in and out at any time.

Amazing location with an air of solitude and privacy.Not many places on th planet witht his unique combination of mountains, winelands and a view over the Cape Flats and Table Mountain.

Plumbing badly designed leading to non-user friendly shower volume and temperature control. A smaller shower rose would be a simpler and quick remedy.
